Vendors Row strives to make the experience of buying, selling, and interactions between sellers and customers as pleasant and easy as possible.
Memberships
Anyone offering products for sale or advertising a site or service is required to have a membership on Vendors Row. We try to keep the costs of membership reasonable, but this is a business with expenses to cover and salaries to pay. Each membership level has clearly defined benefits and restrictions. If a vendor shop exceeds its restrictions, such as having more products listed than their plan allows, the shop owner will be given a period of time to either comply with the restrictions or upgrade to a higher membership level. Please feel free to reach out to the site administrators at any time with questions or concerns about your membership plan.
Cancellation and Refunds
Memberships may be cancelled at any time. Monthly memberships cancelled before the 10th of the month will receive a full refund for the current month. Annual memberships will receive a pro-rated refund for each full remaining month of the membership plan.
Membership plans cancelled by Vendors Row due to non-compliance with site rules or other disputes will receive refunds in accordance with the guidelines stated above.

Vendors Row wants vendors to have freedom regarding the products and services offered here. However, we do have a few restrictions to which we expect vendors to agree.
Unwelcome Products
- Explicitly adult merchandise
- Firearms and related products
- Products promoting violence of any kind
- Regulated products such as alcohol, tobacco, cannibis and products related to their usage
Intellectual Property Considerations
Vendors Row does not support unlicensed use of intellectual property. When items using licensable images are found on the site, the site administrators may request proof of legal licensing. If proof is not provided within a reasonable time, said products may be removed from the site. Repeated violations of this policy may result in cancellation of the vendor’s membership and removal of the shop from Vendors Row.
Product Refunds
Shop owners/vendors are responsible for handling product returns and refunds. If you use Vendors Row for your payment processing, refunds can also be handled here on the site. If your payments are processed on your own web site or elsewhere, you are responsible for handling refund payments.
Individual vendors are free to set their own policies regarding product returns. We encourage all vendors to be reasonably accomodating when it comes to returns and refunds. We do recognize that it is not always reasonable to offer refunds on all products, such as digital downloads.
